Exceptional Children's Center is the vision of Tracy Greer. The practice was born of the desire to support families with children who have special needs. Tracy is the mother to three children, her oldest Julie was born in 1997 with a chromosome abnormality and resulting significant special needs. The vision of the practice has come from a very personal experiences raising Julie and all that she has learned over the years. Julie continues to serve as the inspiration to keep moving forward, accept but don't settle, focus on the positive and find much joy in the smallest of achievements.

The HEART in the middle represents the child, their family and the therapist. The CIRCLE around the heart is the journey everyone will take to reach for the STARS.
